How to get rid of a negative thought:
- Write down on a piece of paper your problem, insecurity, or just a troubling thought.
- Fold the paper into a small square.
- Buy a helium filled balloon.
- Tie the paper to the end of the string attached to the balloon.
- Let the balloon go along with your worries and problems.
You’re physically taking the burdensome, reoccuring thought and physically getting rid of it. It will make you feel a whole lot better. Enjoy.
