everyone needs that one place where they can go to be happy and lately its been difficult to find that place so i decided to make it. if everyone should deserve one thing, that one thing should be to be happy. i finally decided i deserve to be happy; if you haven't already, the sooner the better.

How to get rid of a negative thought:

  1. Write down on a piece of paper your problem, insecurity, or just a troubling thought.
  2. Fold the paper into a small square.
  3. Buy a helium filled balloon.
  4. Tie the paper to the end of the string attached to the balloon.
  5. Let the balloon go along with your worries and problems.

You’re physically taking the burdensome, reoccuring thought and physically getting rid of it.  It will make you feel a whole lot better. Enjoy.
